Regional Operation Manager - Store (15-17 yrs)
We have an open position for Region Operations Manager with our client in Pune, Delhi. Please find the job description for your reference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End ownership of operations of the city. Hire, monitor, and manage a Team of Hub Managers.
2. Managing entire Hub (Store) Operations.
3. Deep business understanding to drive P&L for the region
4. Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures.
5. Responsible for Hub running as per company laid down SOPs.
6. Monitoring delivery routes, and Deliveries and collections in HUB Day to day Basis
7. Training and management of delivery executives and coordinators
8. Cash Handling/reconciliation daily Responsibilities and Duties
