Regional Marketing Manager - Electric Business Unit (10-18 yrs)

Driving Marketing strategy, planning and execution in key markets - Electric Business unit

- Although it's an Senior Manager role, this role has no direct reportees. The distributor's team will be indirect reportees to this role.

- This role is for the ASEAN market which is highly competitive, and the person will be responsible for growth in the ASEAN market along with the execution of marketing execution. Hence, need a dynamic person with rich Marketing experience (International experience is a big plus but not a necessity).

- The role right now is based out of Pune. But in another 12 to 15 months, the team will move to Bangkok. The exact timelines are not clear as it depends on VISA & a lot of other approvals.

- Sound understanding of Marketing/Brand Management principles

- B2C marketing expertise

- Ability to present and articulate ideas clearly

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Advertising & promotion, Execution-Managing advertising and promotional budget

2. Media Understanding-Develop Regional Marketing plans

3. Cater region's marketing requirement through agency management - Creative, BTL, Digital marketing, Media, PR & Marketing Research.

4. Trade Marketing-Merchandising/ Trade shows / Exhibitions

5. Launch Management execution- Support new launch as per country wise product plan

6. Develop and execute BTL activations.

7. Coordination with Brand marketing team for planning marketing strategies

8. Coordination with Sales team for executing marketing & channel strategies

KEY RESULT AREAS:

- Keep a close check on the markets and consumers to identify new trends/insights.

- Brand Scores (Brand Awareness, Brand Activation)

- Timely and successful completion of key marketing initiatives

- Brand Volume & Market Share
