A Leading Retail Client of ours, is looking for a Regional Marketing Lead, the role is based in Mumbai and will oversee West &amp; South India Brief role is as follows: - Align the store-led regional marketing initiatives to corporate marketing strategy and Support in execution - Design &amp; lead the execution of marketing strategy to increase footfall - Execute the brand and consumer engagement programs in-store; including in-store communication changes from time to time - Liaise with corporate marketing team for all the inputs regarding local media for increasing the effectiveness of ATL/BTL campaigns - Deal with partners, activation agencies and production vendors to ensure timeliness, quality and at-right-cost - Allocate and track marketing budget - Review the regional marketing communication plan - Leverage analytics to track marketing effectiveness - Maximize success of the regional plans and direct store teams, regional marketing team &amp; agencies - Partner with Operations team for planning and overseeing execution of all the marketing related activities around new store launch - Central Resourcing Team - People Connection
