Regional Market Manager - Dealer Sales - Furniture (9-12 yrs)
Manager, Regional Market (Dealer Sales) || DIVERSITY ROLE
- High-performance sales professional focused on building strategy for developing dealers, providing leadership and direction to dealer management for driving and improving sales and financial performance
- Assist in development, creation, and successful implementation of vertical-market-focused dealer business plans as measured by sales growth and increased market penetration
- Makes sure dealers meet sales goals and sell the complete portfolio of products and ensures dealers promote the brand properly and continually seek, develop, and close business.
- Develops account plans for each dealer. Helps to develop and track/manage dealer specific sales plans including setting overall target and profitability goals, setting specific brand target goals, and working with Dealer management to ensure plans are achieved.
- Strategically plan to build/retain dealer mindshare (e.g., marketing events). Serves as dealer voice within organization; coordinates dealer training and support (e.g., specialist sales support for priority dealer-led deals), mock-ups, Showroom branding, new product launch etc.
- Collaboration with internal departments on the formulation and implementation of a learning plan that introduces and trains dealers on new products, appropriate and effective design, innovative research, and sales/marketing resources
