Job Purpose:

- The position is responsible for handling sales for Key accounts (Star outlets), and driving all Promotional and Sales Support activities in the region.

Responsibility :

- Achieving growth in sales revenue from the star outlets channel, and also focusing on visibility. The candidate will be responsible for top-line and bottom line figures for this channel

- Handling all sales development activities in the region, like

- Cos Whole sales program

- Networking with the distributors

- Distributor expansion initiatives

- Driving IT initiatives in the sales function

- Handling all promotional and trade marketing activities in the region.

- Being a focal point of contact with the marketing team at Business office and the sales teams in the region

Skills/Qualifications:

- MBA ( 2004 / 05/ 06 Passout ) from a premier institute

- Around 8-10 years of experience in FMCG firms, majority of this experience being in an Regional role in West Zone
