A Large and 2 decade old IT organization with CMM Level 4 acceredition needs a Sales Specilaist for the role described below :
Job Title : Regional Manager - Sales
Report to : Head -India SBU
Responsibilities :
- Achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Responsible for strategy and execution of strategy
- Help sales team build account mining and new account acquisition plans
- Direct ownership of creating large size opportunities
- Specific focus on creating annuity revenue stream
- Manage and Coach the regional team comprising of sales, pre-sales, projects, support and finance
- Maintain C level engagement with existing accounts
- Maintain relationship with OEM partners
- Manage the entire Order to Cash cycle
- Ensure customer and employee satisfaction
Skills and qualifications :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good in negotiations to create win-win for customer and organisation

- Experience IT services/Systems integration/Software domain
- Minimum qualification of B.E.
