Our Client, a Leading BFSI company is s looking out for a Regional Manager / Sr. Manager -ER (South) to be based at Bangalore to manage the South India region.
The individual should be a MBA - HR with 5- 10 years experience in IR/ ER in a Large Services sector organization, with excellent communication skills and have exposure to pure industrial relations environment for managerial staff. A degree in Law would be an added advantage. This is a SME (subject matter expert) individual contributor role.
Job Description:
- Disciplinary procedure
- Thoroughness with the Domestic Enquiry Process o Examining investigation reports
- Issuing show cause notices & examining replies
- Deciding penalty commensurate to misconduct
- Recording information in the Application o Adhere to timelines
- Ensuring implementation via Line Managers
- Labour Law compliances
- Handle labour notices received and send appropriate response to the Labour dept.
- Be thoroughly conversant with all primary labour laws.
- Guide Line Managers
- Handling court cases
- Attend court on dates when our cases are listed
- Monitor the lawyer for proper handling of the case.
- Coordinate between various stake holders to obey all orders of the Courts, supply documents summoned
- Conducting awareness programs on ER for the employees across the bank
- Guide Line Managers & HR BPs on handling of POSH complaints, Police visits, Labour inspector visits.
- Projects as may be identified from time to time
