Job Description :
1. Achieve the company's objectives in the region - top line and throughput objectives of Vending Services.
2. Drive business through Institutional/Corporate/Retail sales. Reviewing and ensuring business performance is in line with budgetary projections.
3. Ensure account development by keeping the teams motivated to achieve machine installations and monthly sales targets. (sales forecasting & budgeting, monitoring of sales, distribution and channel management)
4. Work on cluster management and develop supply chains.
5. Lead motivate and develop team to maximize profit as per company's financial objectives. Implement the P & L model for each location.
6. Timely collection of receivables as per company's norms.
7. Analyze and ensure support systems for teams. Be responsible for planning and implementing training programs for all teams.
8. Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements.
9. Ensure that the company SOP's are followed.
10. Implement the strategic initiatives of the company and give inputs on new developments and strategies of competitors. (Analysis of Competitors and gathering of Market intelligence).
11. Formulating effective schemes to grow the business by analyzing market trends and suggesting new strategies.
12. Liaising with different agencies for marketing activities using apt communication channels and influencing skills.
13. Must have experience in distributor and channel sales management, team management and Vendor development.
