Regional Manager - Sales/Servicing - BFSI/Telecom/eCommerce/Service Industry (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
Build and leverage relationships with existing clients through proactive, creative and ongoing client service to ensure retention of clients.
Job Profile:
- Servicing the existing clients
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members.
- Per client revenue optimization
- Responsible for client retention or no loss of accounts
- Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures.
- Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables.
- Ensure timely delivery of services to clients
- Train, monitor & motivate a team of around 15 - 20 Executives with 2-3 Business Manager.
Qualification:
- Graduation and Equivalent, B.Tech Preferred
- MBA Top-B Schools Preferred
Knowledge And Experience:
- Experience of Sales / Servicing / Retention preferably in BFSI / Telecom / Ecommerce / Service industry
- Minimum experience of 1+ year in managing a team of more than 20-25 Executives with 3 layers of Reporting
