Regional Manager - Sales - Pharma

Locations: Kochi/Cochin, Hyderabad, Indore, Guwahati, Jaipur, Delhi/NCR, Gurgaon.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Appointing distributors in the geography

- Building & leading a sales team focused on outlet coverage & regular billing for leading Pharma OTC & FMCG companies.

- Building beat plans for team & ensuring adherence of the same in the market

- Interacting with distributors and ensuring fulfillment against orders generated

- Meeting retailers regularly and ensuring complete resolution of their queries & concerns.

Good to Have:

- Experience in ground-level sales. Mandatory experience into Retail and distribution.

- Experience in leading sales teams

- Team Leader/Area Executive/Area Manager Experience

Working Days - 6 days.
