Position: Regional Sales Manager - South & East
Role:
- Responsible for Sales of the designated BU in the South and East Regions
- Implementation and monitoring of KPIs/ Targets achievements
- Identifying & addressing Region business opportunities and challenges. Analyse market trends competitor information, and past experience to forecast business and sales plans
- Activity Planning & Execution for Market Development
- Optimally manage and man the team and be responsible for recruitment and selection of Sales Reps
- Review and manage business priorities, and allocation of resources
- Anchor account planning, targeting, customer profiling & customer engagement
- Review and monitor campaign (impact analysis)
- Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures and all relevant State and country statutory requirements
- Ensure effective coordination with head office and smooth administrative functioning of the team
Requirements:
- 14- 18 years of relevant experience in Sales, with a solid experience of people management in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Should have worked on Chronic Therapy Areas
- Should have extensive experience in managing and building a Sales Team
- Should have a history of Target achievement.
Location: Bangalore
