Job Description :


- This position will be managing a major orthopedics portfolio for a leading MNC in the Northern Market of India

Client Details :

Our client is a leading Global Medical Devices firm, headquartered in UK with operations spread across 60 countries. Having established their presence in the Indian market over the years, they are now looking at expanding their reach and penetration further.

Description :

The position will report to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing state sales plan to enhance business by successfully leading a team to achieve set target


- Increase market share percentage through direct sales along with effective collaboration with dealers, surgeons and distributors


- Build strong business relationships with key industry players whilst achieving sales goals and growth across allocated territories


- Provide solutions for customers and add value to the sales process through negotiations, resulting in winning business/orders and positive customer experience


- Identify competitive issues/opportunities and provide credible market and customer feedback


- Devise and implement sales strategy, dealer management strategy, development plan, sales forecasts to ensure yearly objectives are met


- Plan, prepare and follow up sales forecasts and budgets


- Lead the sales team and assist with the recruitment and training of team members


- Ensure schedule & compliance adherence to various laid out processes & take action in cases of lapses by team members.


- Identify new Dealer/Distributor and effective distribution management

Profile :


- You should at least have 4 -10 years of sales & marketing experience in healthcare with a minimum of 3-5 years in people management roles.

- Experience in orthopedics is preferred.

- You must hold a graduation/PostGraduation degree in B. Pharm / B. Sc / B. Tech/M.Tech
