Looking for Regional Sales Manager for a leading NBFC in India

Job Description:
- Handling region with complete ownership of Sales, Operations and allied region functions with Financial Planning for Clients.
- This position holder will be responsible for managing region and ensures business development across all distribution segments and manage Corporate & SMEs at given region.
- Will play a strategic role in the future growth and expansion of the organization
- Coordinate with the Company management for target setting for each center in collaboration with the Area Heads/Branch Managers and Sales team, and prepare Annual/Quarterly/Monthly Business Plan for the region consolidating all the inputs.
- Devise strategies in collaboration with Sales team to achieve business targets and supervise the implementation through Area Heads/Branch Managers.
- Provide thought leadership on all operational aspects for all the centers in the respective region.
- Review Sales performance, systems, and processes to ensure smooth and hassle free operations of the centers at all times; Provide inputs on corrective actions to be taken (as applicable) in order to meet the financial targets of the centers.
- Ensure collaboration/coordination of operations and sales team at all levels to enable superior performance.
- Establish and maintain communication with all HNI/UHNI clients in the centers and support the Area Head/Branch Manager Client engagement initiatives.
- Ensure periodic Sales reviews along with the Area Heads/Branch Managers and oversee timely execution of the Targets achievements, initiatives/follow-up activities.
- Act as a second level of escalation point for all operational Issues related to the Branches within the region and take suitable action by interfacing with the concerned stakeholders to obtain timely solutions.
- Assist Area Heads in setting up new Branches in the region.
- Prepare the annual operating budget for the region with the assistance of Corporate and in line with the Company Management.
- Monitor the budget utilization and other financial measures of each Branch in the region; Study and analyze causes for significant deviation from the budget and take corrective action for the same, if required.
- Oversee if the right number and quality of manpower are hired in accordance with the manpower planning in the region.
- Establish performance requirements and evaluate the work of reportees in order to achieve the organizational goals and develop reportees who are unable to meet expected performance levels.
- Support HR in investigating and resolving critical attrition and increasing employee engagement levels at the regional level.
- Foster a culture of camaraderie and high performance by actively leading and participating in various employee engagement initiatives at the respective branches.
- Identify and nurture high potential employees, mentor & support them in shaping their careers.
- Identify and build potential successors and ensure a healthy succession pipeline for the region.
