Regional Manager - Sales - Healthcare (4-14 yrs)
Job Description:-
- Attains or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual territorial sales for all products.
- Provides customer service to clinics, physicians, therapists and patients.
- Makes regular, personalized visit to medical professionals or customers in the assigned territories to promote and elicit use of our ortho/medical products.
- Utilize all sales tools to effectively execute the sales plans via the use of CRM, promotional materials, demonstration etc and collaborate with other sales team members.
- Effectively use all resources to maintain high performance & efficacy to drive growth and profitability.
- Responds promptly to the needs of the customers (internal & external).Proactive in cost containment & expense management.
- Maintains an acceptable level of technical competency.
- Maintains & uses a high level of technical, industry and competitor knowledge to overcome objections and achieve the company goals and objectives in sales.
- Works collaboratively with local partners, distributors, dealers & representatives to attain sales goals.
- Maintains & uses Territory / Customer Reports and Databases to achieve efficiency & effectiveness in managing, planning & executing territory activities.
- Keep management informed & updated on customer & competitive activities which will impact sales or marketing position of our products.
- Submits territory reports accurately & on time.
- Exercises good judgement in the use of company funds to ensure profitability.
- Maintains a professional image and carries out all responsibilities in an honest & ethical manner.
- Is responsible to maintaining confidentiality of company data including product information, sales, pricing, schemes, discount programs and other proprietary information.
- Maintains good inter personal relationship with the company, other members of the company, channel partners & customers
Required Candidate profile :
- Requires Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Science, Commerce, P&O or business discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years in field sales of orthopedic, medical products.
- Prior experience in selling Prosthetic & Orthopedic products, orthopedic goods, orthopedic implants will be highly desirable.
- Strong Oral & Written communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel rigorously.
- Ability to travel wherever there is a potential for business
