Regional Manager - Sales - Footwear (12-18 yrs)
Will be Handling 400 Cr
- Achieve sales-region wise and product wise by providing leadership to the sales team
- Provide strategic direction to the ASMs .
- Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans
Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through :
- Ensure effective New product introductions through achievement of a minimum Perfect Punch Score & effective distribution strategy
- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources
- Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy
- Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness - in the areas of Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation.
- Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist and field force attrition.
- Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts
- Sales and Marketing, Dealer Management, Distribution Management, Channel Development, Dealer Sales Planning, Branch Management, Regional role
- To head complete Regional operations, various Branches, Commercial, Dealer Channel network, Gap identification & Channel development, Dealer Categorisation, etc
