Job Description:
- Achievement of the sales budget and formulation of action plans to manage deviations
- Drive acquisition of large accounts and aggressively marketing our value proposition to them
- Collaborate internally with operations team for site scoping, culinary team for menu price & quotations
- Analyse the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to the Marketing & Communications team for development of new offers and customisation of existing offers
Profile :
- M.B.A in Sales and Marketing
- Atleast 5 years of experience in food service sector
- Good negotiator
- Strategic thinker
