2.Key responsibilities :

- Build and maintain long term relationships with distributors, retailers and customers

- Negotiating with suppliers/distributors

- Ensuring new business development with potential clients ( including private labels )

- Ensuring annuity business with existing clients

- Building and motivating a high performance team

- Driving target orientation in the team

- Ensuring sales targets are met bypromotors / sales managers Across geographies/ retail locations

- Creating and executing marketing and sales strategies for different product categories

- Reporting the monthly mis to the directors

- Ensuring profitable sales across channels and product categories

- Building the e commerce platform as a strong channel

- Keeping a pulse on competition and sound market intelligence

- Doing regular field visits to ensure product sales and take course correction accordingly

3.Key performance indicators :

- Percentage increase in turnover while maintaining, increasing profit margins

- Profitable sales

- Cost cutting

- Team engagement
