Regional Manager - Sales - FMCG (7-12 yrs)
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sales performance of the General trade Channel for the assigned region in India. He/ She assists the Sales Director in delivering the overall territory sales objectives.
Job Role :
- Plan and Achieve product category-wise monthly Sales(primary, secondary) for the Region.
- Own and drive the P&L for the region
- Go-to-market planning and execution by identifying and appointing distributors, setting up of infrastructure for market coverage and execution of trade plans
- Stakeholder engagement to drive month on month sales plan and priorities
- Responsible for gathering and acting upon Market Intelligence, consumer choices and consumer behaviour
- Ensure distribution capability efficiency, outlet expansion benchmarks and objectives are met
A successful candidate is someone with:
- MBA from Premier B school
- 8-12 years of experience in core FMCG /FMCD sales
- Experience in handling large business Volumes and a large team size will be ideal
- Having an aptitude for General Management, Sales Management, Supply Chain and Key stakeholder management
