- Responsible of topline delivery of 1000 cr per annum along with bottom line
- Augmentation of market share and cross functional responsibilities for delivery of business objectives
- Developing regional sales strategy and working towards converting the same into annual sales and distribution plans for the assigned region. Involved in driving distribution reach across urban towns & rural villages in terms of outlet expansion
- Organize regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and mapped new opportunities to optimize sales in the region
- Facilitate effective sales planning & forecasting for ensuring primary & secondary target achievement in concerned area
- Impart training to the subordinates on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills to instill requisite skills
- Complying with the implementation of Swift, HHT and Josh Way of working in the assigned regions
- Coordinating with HO rural team in undertaking rural initiative also keeping a track of collections from distributors as per norms
- Involved in regulating claim submission & settlement by ensuring adherence to statutory legal /commercial requirements
- Suggesting inputs to Trade Manager for designing promotion material / gift schemes
- Maintaining optimum stock position by coordinating with CFA, distributors, PAQA & Logistics Heads
- Working towards enhancing off takes of the category range in MTF regional chains
- Spearheading liquidation of GT and MTF stocks before ageing
