Regional Manager North
Hiring for a multinational major appliance and electronics manufacturer having India presence.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key accountabilities:
- Achieving top-line & bottom-line revenue & profitability targets for North region by driving excellence Identifying and appointing high performing & result oriented Dealers, Distributors and streamlining the territory coverage.
- Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners and the sales team.
- Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximise sales.
- Drive and manage sales and marketing campaign.
- Designing successful sales techniques/ strategies/ tactics using customer and market feedback; analyzing the client list for growth opportunities; researching and supervising new sales prospects.
- Rendering sustained services for high ROI by increasing retention level through desired product mix
- Resolving customer, consumer and channel partner issues to attain high customer satisfaction.
- Developing and deploying quarterly and annual plans, programs and policies for Area Sales Managers; backing initiatives such as budget preparation, forecasting of sales targets, and so on
- Conducting statistical analysis to determine potential growth; designing sales performance goals and monitoring performance on a regular basis.
- Managing all potential sales opportunities including distribution strategies, reseller agreements and product segmentation.
- Conceptualizing and executing innovative promotions to enhance brand visibility and a suitable media plan, in coordination with the marketing team and external agencies to enable the channel in achieving the targets on GT and market share.
Experience: Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role
- Sales experience in a similar industry (Preferred)
- Influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
- Fluent in the English language, written and spoken
