Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager II Edutech Sales at WorldoTalent in Ludhiana.
- As a Regional Manager II, you will be responsible for driving sales in the education technology sector.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a regional sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, particularly in the education technology sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Work with Reporting Management in aligning the team towards the organization goal.
Competencies:
- Demonstrated experience of driving top results in B2C Sales with 10+ crore annual targets.
- Experience in handling a sales team with 20+ associates, and leads/ATLs.
- Excellent communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English.
- Highly self motivated, able to work with a target driven mindset.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries
