Regional Manager - Sales - eCommerce (5-12 yrs)
Job Description:
- Manage and Deliver the KPI's-Sales, Shrinkage, Commerciality, Customer Service Standards
- Achieve the Targets of All financial budgets, Payroll budgets and Shrinkage budgets.
- Staff management for Ensuring Excellent Service to Customer A plan in place for recruitment that reflects trends in the industry
- Performance review for Staff
- Training & development plan for each Filed Executive, Perfectionist & Cluster Manager (where applicable )
- Absence is in line with company target
- Key Communication is cascaded to all staff member on daily/weekly basis
- All issue of Discipline & Grievance resolved or escalated to HR for advice
- Feedback tells us that changes have been accepted positively
- Deliver the shopping experience that our customer demand
- Every Customer is approached and has a great service experience
- New initiatives are successfully implemented in your area
- Management of Customer complaints in an effective mannger with in defined timelines.
- Ensure smooth operations of your areas for Eye care/Testing/Home testing Expereince. Eye Testing Quality
- Achieving all operational KPI's
- Customer services level are achieved
- Legal compliance is achieved in all your areas
- Departmental standards are consistently achieved
