Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving Regions revenue and profitability goals of all product categories of Base Business.
- Gross profit control of all products.
- Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques and strategies to increase the region's sales volume.
- Ensure timely sales and collections & measuring receivables as per budget. Minimizing Overdue.
- Responsible for addressing customer queries in designated territory.
- Business Planning for the region with Head Office : Plan targets, activities, resource deployment in order to achieve the business objectives of the organization in the
- Coordinating with materials management team / Depot /distributors/ branch / HO for stock transfers, promotional materials, samples, and other statutory & legal requirements.
- Inter departmental Coordination for sales operations
- Brand and Sales promotion activity for the region
- Business Development through new dealer appointments.
- Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region.
- Responsible for Channel Management of all product categories of Base Business.
- To be a part of TOC (Theory of Constraints) Initiative in the market.
- Promote products through new channels, like Industrial sales, Application bases sales.

Candidate Requirement :
- Full-time MBA
- Experience in - West Zone Market is mandatory
