Team Handling: Channel Manager / ASE
Report To : Retail Head
Role Description:
- 8 - 15 yrs experience in handling retail sales. Retail sale of lifestyle products and exposure to FOFO/COCO.
- Regional Retail responsibility consisting of Modern Retail Format Operations directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Top Line /Sales Bottom Line /Order generation /Ensuring Supply of goods from warehouse /Collections / New FOFO opening.
Job knowledge :
- Retail Sales management, Franchisee Development, marketing, product development, channel management & sales commercial management.
Quantitative:
- Targeted sales through retail channel: Monthly
- Maintenance of collection norms: monthly
- Budget Achievement, Inventory turnover & debtor management.
- Market share: (% of total market)
- Footfall to customer conversion rate: (% of STO), Weighted Avg selling price (WASP)
- Regional Retail Business profitability:
Qualitative:
- To assist in the creation and implementation of the retail sales strategy, budgets and schemes for effecting an increase in retail market share, sales turnover, and profitability at the regional level. Also assist in Retail mapping, retail Initiatives.
- Manage Retail Relationship.
- Improve sales efficiency and effectiveness by creating, recommending and implementing processes that improve customer and business orientation.
