We have job opening for the position of Regional Manager- Sales & Business Development (General Manager Level for Eastern region-Kolkata Location) with a leading Steel Manufacturing company. Total 15 years into Sales & Marketing for all steel products. (Flat product, Long products, plates)

Total Experience : 15 years

- Relevant Experience into Sales for all Steel products

- Good experience into eastern region for Sales

- Experience into Sales & Marketing for all steel products which includes flat product, long products, plates, HR, CR, coated, TMT products.

- Good with techno commerical

- Good understanding of East India Region

- Experience in the steel industry in key account management, pre-sales, direct and channel sales, marketing, business development, strategy, product development, sales coordination, order booking through negotiation and tendering, pricing, market intelligence and end to end SAP implementation.

- Should Have a customer facing role and deal directly with Channel Sales, OEMs, Large Projects, Dealers, Traders, Railways, PSUs and various Government companies. The role involves building relationships through interacting & engaging, negotiating and convincing a shop floor person to the CEO

- Should have experience in pan India sales and marketing strategy for flat product vertical of 5 products. handled business development of long products in Eastern Region. functional experience in big bang end-to-end implementation of SD and CRM module of SAP ERP as a core team member.
