Regional Head - Retails Sales : Premier institutes only  Location: Gurgaon,Bangalore,Mumbai   - Accountable for creating Brand store for consumer by appointment franchisee; ensuring the stores maintain hygiene, d- cor for consumers best experience  - Monitoring the expansion of single brand retail in form of brand store start-up & post store operations  - Supervising the retail chains across locations in coordination with the Retail Managers  - Creating & developing roadmaps from current to future mode of operating in retail  - Developing new Marketing initiatives, programs to appeal consumer & brand recall  - Revenue Accountability: Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.   - Sales Planning: Identify and focus on the highest priority customer segments with solutions that are bundled and priced for maximum revenue.   - Sales Improvement: Implementing & determining regional sales system improvements/ change.   - Accountability: Ensure timely collection of money from retailers/distributors and aggregation at regional level as per Plan.   - Team Management: Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of area sales managers under the region.   - Others: Recommending product enhancements; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.   Qualification and Experience:   - Premier institute MBA with 6-10 years & above of experience in Telecom/ FMCG/ DTH   - Strong in team handling and driving team operations   - Great in networking and relationship handling   - Target oriented individual with strategic approach towards growing the region   - An effective communicator and quick decision maker keeping company's policies and profitability in mind   - Passionate, self driven and outcome oriented
