Regional Manager - Recruitment Sales (5-13 yrs)
- Expected to build strong relationships with decision makers CXO / Decision Makers
- Positioning to large corporate house
- Go to market approach to ensure a robust funnel for opportunities
- Actively participate in discussing, probing and evaluating needs
- Consultative Sales approach. Ability to understand client's requirements and work internally to design solution
- Identifying and Onboarding potential Alliances. Our Partners and alliance network shall be Big 4's, HR Consulting Firms and Independent HR Influencers.
- The role will be responsible for driving sales through partner network and would carry a Business target.
- This Individual has to work closely with Partners, conceptualize various solution offerings and influence the end client.
