Regional Manager - Real Estate

Job Description :

- Our client is one the well established real estate advisory firm in Mumbai having operations across all Metros in the country.

- Looking for Regional manager for Bangalore

- Candidates with MBA from a premium institute is only considered.

Experience : 7 to 14 years preferably with an international property consultants

- Understanding of the Real Estate Business, Build and handle a strong network of connections, Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends and CRM practices, Tech Savvy

Responsibilities :

- Lead the regional sales responsibility of good connect with strong builders.

- Build data-based decision-making matrix

- Continuously track competition and evolve strategy

- Promote and enhance the brand and brand image

- Market Understanding including sizing up of the Industry and crystalizing the target universe and then cherry picking within

- Identification of prospects for Investment Banking proposal(s), in the space of Structured Finance, Debt Syndication (domestic and international finance), Private Equity, M&A, Advisory Services for Capital and Corporate

Structuring/Re-structuring :

- Key Account Management for Revenue and Referrals

- Handling the Transaction, End to end from Sourcing to closure

- Coordinating & Leading the team for specific Transaction

- Negotiation with the Stakeholders for Mandates, closure of Term Sheets and

- Finalization of Deal Structure

Support the preparation of Collaterals including :

- Pitch Book - carrying the credential of the firm

- Analysis of the Target Company/Sector

- Information Memorandum and Cash flow statements for the Transaction

- Industry Analysis for the relevant geography

Key Requirements :
