Responsibility Role Attributes -

Sales - Managing sales of North and East for all segments of SIPL Experience of handling regional role, history of delivering sustainable business growth and achievements/contributions made.

Key Account Management - Strategic engagement with Assembler Partners "Track record of turning around business together with partners.

- Depth of relationship with channel partners.

- Project Sales - Projects pipeline management- Past experience of managing project cycle from specification to execution stage, managing healthy projects pipeline

- Strategic orientation -Driving Business Growth by developing and implementing strategies - Execution of planned strategy for market share, brand value growth.

- Industry connect and competition tracking

- New strategy proposal based on market potential, dynamics

- Team Management- Building and Leading a motivated team in the region- "Coaching and development of team Reporting and review system implemented for objectives achievement
