Job Overview :

- The candidate would be involved in managing end to end responsibility of operations for all the Pit stops (changeover stations) in his/her Region.

- The candidate would be required to work closely with all the other functions and the leadership team to ensure complete ownership in managing the operations on the ground.

- He/she would be responsible for the managing a large team and ensuring that they are motivated while disseminating their responsibilities.

Few examples of the work streams are :

- Responsible for the operational metrics for all pit stops in his/her Region.

- Deploying technology to revolutionize the way relay trucking works in the network and ensuring adoption of technology with the ground team

- Develop new processes and provide inputs to the tech team so that the inefficiencies in the system are removed through technology

- Analyze data closely to understand trends and opportunities to drive best asset utilization and better industry standards

- Help develop new clients and provide structural solves for existing clients by providing support to the sales team

- Come up with initiatives to optimize cost and efficiencies in the relay network

- Establish SOPs to ensure that standardized processes are created and implemented across the region.

- Optimum cost utilization for vehicles on route
