Job Responsibilities :
- Expanding the operations of the company in new territories.
- Managing the team comprising of Territory Managers, Branch Managers and C.S.O
- Analyze internal and external factors to develop strategic plans to reach company goals
- Preparation of the monthly operations reports and business plan.
- Identifying Potential Areas for setting up new branches.
- Monitoring all the documentations at the branch level in the region.
- Monitoring the performance of Area & Branch managers and assessing the training needs for them.
- Set targets for the territory and motivate the staff to achieve the same.
- Maintaining Quality Portfolio.
- Visiting the problem centers and helping the branch managers in solving the problem whenever required.
- Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports of the territory at the Regional office and Head office.
- Participating in Local Recruitment for field level staff.
- Liaisoning with Government Offices, Administrations and Bankers.
Salary range - 10-12 LPA
