Regional Manager - Operation & Customer Service - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
CFA & Transport Management
- Manage CFA operation of the Region
- Ensure compliance on statutory requirement at CFAs
- Responsible for infrastructure upgradation of CFAs in line with business need
- Ensure compliance on distribution & quality SOPs
- Source transporters for secondary distribution
- Ensure proper and up-to-date vendor contracts
- Transporter & CFA bill processing
- Explore potential savings and service improvement opportunities post GST
- Stock Management
- Ensure stock replenishment at CFA as per forecast by co-ordinating with
Distribution Planning Manager
- Monitor FEFO & stock freshness at CFAs
- Ensure timely disposal of market return damages & expiries
- Budgeting & Spend Management
- Responsible for preparing Distribution Budget for the region and tracking budget vs spend
- Responsible for contract negotiation
- Customer Service
- Single point regional co-ordinator for SC related queries
- Oversee POSM distribution and sharing of information to sales team
- Ensure adherence to SLAs ( Invoicing / Dispatch / Deliveries)
- Ensure correct and timely submission of MIS reports
- Support Sales Team in ensuring smooth month-end closures
Graduate, Preferably MBA Operations
Education Level Major/Field of Study - Graduate, MBA Operations
Experience Experience Details -
- 3 ~ 5 yrs - Experience in handling CFA / Warehouse / Customer Service in FMCG, paints, FMCD or healthcare industry
- Hands on experience in SAP SD and MM module
- People management and negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills and eye for details
