Regional Manager - Mobile Telecom Infrastructure (8-15 yrs)

The opportunity is with Africa's Leading Mobile Telecommunications Infrastructure Provider.

We are looking for a candidate working with Telecom Tower Company with at 8-15 Years of experience

As a regional manager you will be responsible

- To manage the overall logistics process for site Maintenance /construction, telecom implementation, warehouse and Collocation

- To liaison with the Civil & Telecom Implementation Contractors involved in the project

- To handle project coordination between all sectors of Maintenance, Rollout (Acquisition, Procurement, Logistic..)

- To be involved with all Customer meetings in order to maintain very good relationship and solve all the issues

- To assist in all detailed organization structure & responsibility matrix, planning resources, and allocation of sites to contractors/in-house

- To create databases and presentations

- To coordinate with Procurement Manager new contractors/ POs

- To provide infrastructure management services and managing more than 200 sites.

- To reach the highest performance records in the industry in the areas of site security, civil maintenance, DCDG and ACDG maintenance, generator overhauling, diesel supply, RF, MW and BTS maintenance, spare parts management and network analysis and key performance indicator submission.

- To manage Engineers and workers

- To manage Project organization Chart

- To organize regular project meetings with customer for project build out status updates, and issue resolution

- Sourcing, analyzing, evaluating and managing (according to project budget and technical field)

Qualifications

- Civil Engineer or equivalent

- MBA

CTC- 40-50 lacs p.a
