Job Description :
- Build Media Sales team to design campaigns and sales plans for ad-slots
- Build Partnerships with Media agencies, regional partners and help them get brands on board to advertise via this new medium
- Well Networked and connected with the Media Agencies and FMCG brands
- Working with tech team to improvise the context based ad campaign through customer feedback and research
- Proficient in sales pitch and closing deals
- Managing the complete sales cycle of the Ad campaign from selling to maintain relationship with clients
Skill set :
- Proficient in the field of media ad selling space in either TV/Radio/Newspaper (Required)
- Displays superior commitment, maturity and creativity in dealing with the Ad sales clients
- Knowledge of the principals of marketing
- Strong communication & client interaction skills
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Strong Leadership skills
Experience :
- 6+ Years of work experience including experience with a leading media agency in India with FMCG brands Rolodex
Salary Range : 9 - 10 LPA
