Job Description:
Build Media Sales team to design campaigns and sales plans for ad-slots
Build Partnerships with Media agencies, regional partners and help them get brands on board to advertise via this new medium
Well Networked and connected with the Media Agencies and FMCG brands
Working with tech team to improvise the context based ad campaign through customer feedback and research
Proficient in sales pitch and closing deals
Managing the complete sales cycle of the Ad campaign from selling to maintain relationship with clients
Skill set:
- Proficient in the field of media ad selling space in either TV/Radio/Newspaper (Required)
- Displays superior commitment, maturity and creativity in dealing with the Ad sales clients
- Knowledge of the principals of marketing
- Strong communication & client interaction skills
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Strong Leadership skills
Experience:
- 6+ Years of work experience including experience with a leading media agency in India with FMCG brands Rolodex
