Regional Manager - Market Development - Construction Chemical Business

- Ensure implementation of field marketing activities as per modules and within budget.

- Plan and take corrective actions in persistently Exception territories/product.

- Responsible for achieving targets for market development led products in his zone

- Assign monthly targets for CMDI for market development led products

- Responsible for achieving the implementation of market development activities with the help of his CMDIs

- Engage with end user/influencers/dealers with the help of CMDI's to ensure proper implementation of our market development modules.

- Regularly monitor the usage of end user database and grow the same.

- Ensure conduct of Product and Market Development training programs as planned by HO

- Ensure training of the CMDIs on product knowledge and Market Development activities with periodic refresher programs

- Responsible for providing on timely and meaningful feedback on various market development activities conducted in his area.

- Provide feedback from users /influencer and trade on our products, market development process with his suggestions for improvement

- Responsible for completing any market research in sighting project that will be given by HO as per the "Market Insight calendar" provided by HO within stipulated timelines.

- Drive the scorecard of the CMDIs, track their performance and provide feedback to them.

- Co-ordinate with the sales team with the RMs and ZM to understand the impact of market development activity on dales and take their feedback and suggestion to improve effectiveness of the same.

- Attend the ZM/RM review meeting every month while will conduct CMDI monthly meeting himself
