Designation: Regional Manager - Loan Process.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8-12 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the state's loan processing operations.

- Assure the efficient handling of company file processing.

- Manage all aspects of the LPU's daily operations, such as hiring, training, quality assurance, team building, and motivation.

- Work together with the business team and other support and control departments.

- Distribute daily MIS reports to internal clients and Head Office.

- Create and put into action plans to increase the accuracy and efficiency of loan processing.

- Keep an eye on and guarantee adherence to regulatory standards, bank policies, and processes.

- Manage escalated cases and provide solutions for loan processing problems.

- Determine and put into practice process enhancements to raise output and improve client satisfaction.

- Visit several locations to supervise activities and guarantee process uniformity.

- Retain connections with important parties, such as clients, suppliers, and authorities.
