Regional Manager - Legal - FMCG

- To draft and vet Leases/License & Other agreements for stores effectively to facilitate the business by ensuring legally binding contracts.

- To initiate and drive compliance under food laws and labour laws and Litigation

- To make contracts mitigating risk Statutory compliance of the Business

- Timely delivery of replies and notices - Issue notices & reply to notices

- Liasioning with Labour Department, Police Authorities and other statutory authorities and other Govt. Authorities

- Drafting Legal documents & Contracts

- Close coordination with various stake holders of the business

- To understand the business needs and guide considering the legal aspects and implications.

- Maintenance of Legal Trackers & MIS Reports

- To ensure timely finalization of all agreements in respect of different functions and departments.
