Regional Manager - Key Account - FMCG (7-14 yrs)
What you will do :
- Launch categories of businesses. Deeply understand the business dynamic, value chain and the network and identifying areas to solve and value add to businesses
- Identify problem statements and wear the entrepreneur's hat of the partners to provide solutions to day to day concerns and pain points
- Build vendor base on supply and demand, devising marketing plans and own end to end execution
- Plan, execute and own numbers and P&L
- Work cross-functionally to problem solve
- To succeed in this role you will need to know your market - research it, the competition, gather insights and figure out a way to support yr partners with an offering that adds value. You are the owner.
- Key activity is to increase companies presence and it's offering to your required region and ensure buyers and sellers use company as preferred platform
- Have managed teams of people across different regions and understands the Dynamics of how to achieve targets from the team
- Proven ability to build and manage high performance teams in dynamic environment
- 8-10 years experience into hard core field sales with atleast 2 years at a Regional Mgr level managing teams
- Good understanding of the market must be able to plug and play for biz from week 1.
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mind-set
- A demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and continuous process improvement mind-set
