Regional Manager - Institutional Sales

Key Roles and responsibilities :

1. Responsible for achieving desired top line & bottom Line for Institutional Business - Private Sector (Project Sales).

2. Responsible for Planning YOY Sales Strategies & Growth Plans in line with organisation strategy.

3. Accountable to maintain and grow business volumes with an eye on business margins and customer delight.

4. Aggressively working on expansion of Business through new customer acquisition & expanding territories.

5. Building and implementing SOPs for smooth functioning of business.

6. Working closely with Product, Design & Marketing team to provide best in class revenue generating products.

7. Working with Marketing team in planning and executions of all Marketing initiatives.

8. Active Participations in exhibitions to increase market presence and customer reach.

9. Working closely with HR in Manpower Planning, Hiring, Goal settings, Incentive schemes and development initiatives.

7. Leading, coaching, empowering & Developing Pan India Key accounts team to achieve desired target and business goals.

8. Assessing sales and business operations and implementing improvements as needed.

9. Keeping Track on Market Trends and competition.

10. Managing a team of 3 to 4 people

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 12+ years of experience (only from Healthcare and Furniture industry)

2. MBA/ PGDM degree

3. Stakeholder Relationship Management

4. Strategic Business Orientation

5. Drive for Result
