Our client is a leading Asset Management Company which is looking out for its Regional Manager- Channel Sales (IFA/Agents/Partners/Franchisee) operating from Chennai.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting, selling & managing RM's, developing business through consultative engagement with Branch Managers / Senior RM's.
- Mapping the opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing & cross selling a range of MF (investment) products.
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with IFAs and agents in the region for growth in business.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.
- Market & industry analysis / Generating & increasing sales.
- Developing agents & distribution network.
- Selection & motivation of agents/distributors
