JOB TITLE : REGIONAL MANAGER - HR

LOCATION : HYDERABAD

Qualifications & Experience: MBA with minimum 6-10 years of experience

Industry Preference: FMCG or Telecom

Objective :

This would be a generalist role, 60% of the role will be into Recruitment and rest 40% into generalist profile. Looking for Telegu speaking candidates someone who can deal with senior stakeholders, reporting to Zonal Sales Head- AP, TN & Telangana and Lead HR- Mumbai. AP, TN & Telangana is the biggest region thus looking for someone smart and target oriented.

Job description

- He/she would be responsible to oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, payroll management admin and other HR functions.

- Responsibilities including training new hires, managing employee data and taking steps to retain people.

- He/she is responsible for ensuring the competitiveness of the organization in terms of employee productivity, cost and talent capability across the locations.

- He/She is responsible for advocating people values and culture through design and implementation of the HR strategy, policies, and procedures.

- The role holder is a key driver of change management initiatives and building of the organization's culture through efficient people management practices across the diverse businesses of the Organization.
