Reporting into GM HR, your responsibilities would include the following: - Talent Acquisition - Manpower planning, implementing, analysing, cost analysis, budget analysis & time management. - Meeting the requisite ROP numbers and adhering to the approved manpower budget. - Introducing alternative cost effective recruitment strategies like sourcing though portals, IJPs, Campus wherever applicable - Formal review of attrition analysis on a quarterly basis, including industry trends and forecasts + Publish a consolidated trends report to all key stakeholders - Strong people management. - Experienced in Industry Mapping & head hunting to achieve desired competency profile on a continuous basis. - Talent Management & Employee Relationship Management - Day 1 Orientation apart from Group Induction assisted in increasing employee stickiness to the organization and enhanced the building a - wow- culture - Regularly discussing specific issues with employees regarding their grievances, hindrances and undertaking steps for resolving them. - Educating the employees about company policies and rules. - Personnel files, Handling generation of offer / increment / promotion / confirmation letters, etc., created these & put into place all the relevant forms & documents required - Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the employees for their queries/concerns etc - Talent Engagement - Ensure employee engagement scores improves year on year and - IJP (Internal Job Posting) and career framework for all the employees in the region - Conducting coffee with HR sessions and Fun Fridays on regular intervals - Work-Life Balance activities for staff at regional to improve work environment and support the organizations goal to make this the Best Place to Work. - Operations/ HRMS - Providing pay roll input for all the employees in the region to the Comp & Ben team. - Responsible for Confirmation, performance reviews and performance development initiatives - Responsible for conducting internal audits within HR unit and ORC (Operational Risk and Compliance) - By close coordinating of all HR Processes to ensure 100% adherence for process related to new hire, exits, Statutory and legal compliance - Partnering PMS on annual review cycle My client is looking for candidates with minimum 6+ years of experience having worked in the capacity of Region HR.
