Job role :
1. Partners with Business to align HR strategy to business strategy.
2. Drive employee productivity, workforce planning and budgeting.
3. Drive meritocracy through effective performance management and reward decisions.
4. Drive talent vitality through learning & development, career and succession planning.
5. Work closely with line managers and stakeholders to improve work environment and employee engagement.
6. Provide day-to-day guidance to employees and line managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, HR policies, and disciplinary actions).
Job requirements :
1. MBA from tier- II institutes would be preferred
2. 8-9 years of relevant experience with understanding of HR practices and tools
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Good analytical ability
5. Effective in MS Excel and PPT
6. Should be able to collaborate with stakeholders and peer
