Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage complete gamut of HR activities and lead field trainings for the Equity business field staff for approx. 60 store (In Bangalore and other cities in Karnataka) by leading a team of 3-4 seasoned HR professionals
- Drive Labor and Statutory Compliances in the region
- Employee Engagement and Culture Building activities
- Manage Performance Appraisal Process and Payroll Processing in coordination with the COEs/Payroll team
- Incentives and performance linked bonus
- Induction/ Joining of new employees
- Filing and documentation
- Recruitment Support and Bench Planning
- Field HR Audit of process and systems at store
- Implementation and amendment of Policy
- Partnering with Business on HR related support.
- Lead Field Trainings for all field staff in the region
- HR Analytics
