- The role is a HR generalist and the person would have to interact with both the BUs Head and other support roles head viz a viz SCM, Finance, Quality, Real estate etc
- HR role is common across spectrum for all BUs and support function .
- Clear understanding of growth models, manpower planning, Executing planning with BU head, Partner engagement level and lateral hiring,Onboarding, Induction, Employee engagement,KRAs,talent on board is required .
- Manage entire life cycle till exit .
- Initially 1 reportee
- Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Someone who is acute, agile and can manage senior stakeholders tactfully .
- Candidate should handle entry level hiring in past
- Retail /service industry candidates would be an apt fit
- Job would also require to be on field thrice a week.
- Proven work experience as a HR generalist or similar role
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting, especially for blue collar workers
- Good knowledge of local labour regulations
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision
- Strong people skills and an approachable and friendly personality
- Energetic, passionate and a go-getter
