Leading Insurance MNC looking for Regional HR Manager, based on Lucknow.

This role would manage U.P. and Uttarakhand region. Insurance and BFSI Industry exp is must. prefere candidate who can join asap

Job Role : Full time MBA in HR with 4-7 years of experience as a HR Generalist in managing this region.

This would report to Regional Head HR.

- Role involves 30% of talent acquisition, Supporting Sales hirings

- Strategies and Planning

- Onboarding to Exit process

- PMS

- Employee Engagement and relationship Mgt

- Training and Development

- Candidate should be excellent in communication and computer savy.

- Good in vendor and stakeholder management
