Regional Manager - Human Resource/Industrial Relation - Consumer Durable (15-20 yrs)

HR Business Partner/IR responsible for all human resource activities in the west region.Specifically, industrial relations, Grievances, labor laws, union, recruitment, employee engagement activities, handling factory/plant, Learning & Development, HR Operations in line with policies and procedures, and implementation of Performance Management Processes

West Region - Panvel, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bhiwandi and Gujarat.

Reports To - Head - HRBP.

Location - Bhiwandi

Talent:

- Provide recruitment support, ensure quality & timeliness

- Support identification of internal talent and development planning.

- Facilitate and ensure career and succession planning

Employee Engagement :

- Conduct open houses

- Drive EOS implementation and action planning

- Coordinate reward & recognition

- Handle employee grievances

Industrial Relation :

- Manage industrial relation with contractual workforce

- IR strategy for the region

- Liasioning with labor board, govt orgs.

Learning & Development :

- Ensure development of quality IDP's and roll out of the

training calendar, induction and On Job Training.

Performance Management :

- motive facilitation, ensure quality and timeliness

HR Operations :

- Monitoring Leave Planning, attendance, joining & exit formalities Employee discipline,

Statutory Compliance : 

- Will be responsible for handling statutory compliance like Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, Contract Labour Laws, Shop & Establishment Act, Labour Welfare Fund, Payment of Wages Act.

Office Admin:

- Health and Safety, legal compliances, working conditions Recruitment agencies

- The clear briefing, timely feedback

HR Director:

- Provide regular feedback and updates on key issues and concerns.

- Ensure quality delivery of the above key activities

- Adherence to HR policies and processes

Corporate HR:

- Actively participate in the development of new initiatives and rollouts.

Recruitment & Selection :

- Support and ensure completeness of RR forms.

- Facilitate and support accurate and qualitative role profiles

- Sourcing relevant candidates in line with business requirements.

- Co-ordinate & participate in selection process.

- Action offer and appointment of selected candidates

- Learning & Development / Performance Management/ Employee Engagement/ HR Operations/ Admin
