Our client is a MNC into Consumer facing industry and Top player in market. We are looking for a Potential candidate who has HR Business Partner Background and ready to be the part of dynamic and growing organization. Candidates with minimum joining time are preferred.
Role : To lead People agenda (Sales, Operations) workforce for South Region based Bangalore.
Manpower for South Region : 1500+
Candidates Industry Background - FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharma, Paint, Telecom, Retail and other Service Sectors can apply.
Education : Tier 1 / Tier 2 Regular MBA Background. Batch - 2014, 2015 & 2016
Team Handling : 3 to 5 Direct People
Mandatory : Candidate must be Open to travel across South States.
Driving key HR Processes : Championing HR systems for Talent Management, related to Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition.
Business Partnering with high potential Sales workforce, interfacing the smooth execution of all the HR line and staff functions for the Sales team, such as Compensation, talent acquisition, induction, performance management, and employee engagement.
Responsible for anchoring all People Processes : Capability Development, Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance management, R&R and Employee Engagement etc.
Development of Talent Initiatives : for unique needs in India and localization of corporate initiatives as needed. Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning.
Manage Performance Reviews : Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication.
Carry out the Annual Goal setting exercise in close liaison with Sales Leaders : Define & Cascade KRAs & Measure of Performance (MOPs) for the Sales population. Manage on-going performance feedback processes in Skip Level meetings and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Employee Engagement & Development :
- Design and implement effective employee attraction and retention strategies.
- Perform HR Diagnostics and roll out Engagement programs, driving employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives.
Talent Management & Development :
- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.
- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Qualities in candidates - must have :
- People oriented HR Professional who has scale and ability to partner with Sr business leaders.
- Can do multi-HR roles, should not restrict to a particular task.
- Go getter and can take initiatives.
- This profile requires Travel as an when required.
- Candidate Must be Very Good in Execution & Internal Stakeholder Management.
