Key responsibilities:
GTM Strategy : Prepare GTM plan for each key market of the region to achieve the distribution objectives of the market vis a:vis competition.
Distribution Transformation : Play a key role in transforming the distribution scale up in keeping with the region's growth objectives and priorities
Distribution Levers : Drive and deliver the distribution agenda by impactful use of distribution levers
Hub & Spoke : Drive and deliver the revenue targets for geographies covered under the Hub & Spoke model
Growth strategy and objectives : effectively steer all the three levers for distribution transformation with differentiated strategies for metro distribution, Urban distribution and the hub and spoke distribution models
Data Analysis : Analysing the sales and market data in order to identify growth opportunities for the region in terms of potential, market share, product and channel mix.
Mentorship : Complete ownership of the GTM execution plan by guiding, training & coaching the sales team with required knowledge and tools.
Sales Operations enablement : Develop and deploy systems and processes wherever required to achieve the excellence in execution in a timely manner.
Review : Monitor & track the progress periodically in order to take corrective actions
Effective Communication : Develop two:way communication platform to facilitate timely intervention (support) and speed to market.
Lead by example : Sharing and implementing some of the best practices in the industry to build robust distribution structure for the region.
